I would like to start an online business. I live in a third world Country and am looking for an online business that already exists in the west but has not been properly exploited in the a third world country. It should be low cost and involve a service preferably, not hard goods.
I would really appreciate any answers and links to where i can get online business ideas.

first you need to think what you want to do, if no ideas it’s ok. just create a webhosting account (you can choose a free account, go to http://www.FreeWWW.uv.ro and go to the webhosting page, there are many accounts to choose from), then you can look to participate in an affiliate program (just type that in any search engine), and chose something you like or that is available for your country.
you can also register to an internet advertising agency to place ads in your site and generate some money from that too. one other option is to register to Google AdSense.
if you need help in web developing, you can use free web templates available at http://www.freewebtemplates.com where you have many options to choose from.

Think of all your interests & ask yourself if any of those could be expanded into a business. Just keep in mind…what’s your expertise? What are your interests? What could you imagine yourself doing?
By researching the prospect of starting your own business — what it entails, what you need to know, helpful hints, etc — you’ll feel better prepared to take that plunge.
